AGS Lightbox Session: Leveraging Opportunities in the Agriculture Sector
What are the factors that define the pricing of food?
How can women and young people enter into the agricultural industry? What are the most important aspects of farming that make it easier or more difficult to be a successful farmer?
What other opportunities are open in the agriculture industry aside from farming?
This June, our first Lightbox session will help you answer all these questions and more as we bring on a successful man in Africa's Agri-tech space.
Oluwafemi is the Founder of Africa’s fast-rising Agric-tech and Sustainable Agriculture development Organization – MyFarmbase Africa, where he advises the youth-led team on Partnership, sustainability, business strategy, and project development.
The organization’s mission is to connect Agripreneurs and enthusiasts in Sub-Saharan Africa to skills and global opportunities in the African Agribusiness ecosystem.
He co-manages Frontiers Agriculture Cooperative, a vibrant Agriculture cooperative with over 5000 members across Nigeria working directly with multiple banks and across Cassava, Maize, and Rice Value chains.
In the same vein, he advises the board of Upsurge Global, a foundation focused on youth leadership and entrepreneurship development in Africa.
Join us by 8 pm on Thursday to listen to this speaker with his vast range of experience.

AGS Quote of the Day
