AGS Lightbox Session: 'Systems and Processes: How to Structure your Business to Scale'.
Today is another unique learning experience with the AGS Lightbox Session.
Tracy Diamonds will be educating us on 'Systems and Processes: How to Structure your Business to Scale'.
Either as an entrepreneur or an employee, we can all agree that working either no structure in place can have some very negative effects on the growth of a company or start up.
For continuity and ease of work flow, it is pertinent to build workable processes and systems that will direct the flow of your company even without the presence of certain individuals.
This session is an absolute MUST if you plan on creating your own business or would like to help your company put in structures that will add to your own experience.
Tracy is the founder of Saint Tracy Enterprise and ran her business like every new entrepreneur without knowing exactly how things should be done, but knowing there was a need for her products.
However, the business began to grow and everything internally was out of place.
She had to pause and get the solution to organizing her Business, the knowledge which she will now pass along.
Tracy has run 2 successful businesses for over 10 years, attended courses at Lagos Business School, and also Tara Fela Durotoye master classes on structure,
Join us by 8pm today to get some of these gems.
If you know anyone who will benefit from this session, they can join the AGSTribe by downloading the app and subscribing for either N5000 monthly or N50000 per annum.
