Remembering Olamide Alli
Yesterday made it exactly one year since we lost a visionary young woman, a sister, mother, and Tribe member, Olamide Alli, to the cruel hands of death from a loved one.
We are so happy for the part w were able to play in setting up a trust fund for Olamide’s children, but we are more thankful for all the mind people who contributed to that fund that has been able to take care of the children even if it can’t get them their mother back.
Olamide was a bright light with so much potential that was cut short prematurely. But we who are still able will continue to do the good work that needs to be done to empower women and in essence, help their children get a better life.
Rest in Peace, dear Olamide.

Have you ever had fresh Nigerian strawberries or grapes from your favorite smoothie maker or cocktail bar? The chances are you have eaten from the supplies of either Earth Fresh Foods or the Grocery Lady.
We have, not one, but TWO amazing and successful agropreneurs in this house this Thursday, Ajoke Amusat( The Grocery Lady) and Ngozi Christiana Ebegbulem(EarthFreshFoods).
Not only are these women managing the agric value chain beautifully, despite the very many hiccups presented by Nigeria’s unique problems, but they have also been able to provide locally produced exotic foods at amazing prices to local businesses in various parts of the country.
You definitely do not want to miss these 2 powerful women who while working in the same industry also find ways to collaborate for the good of their businesses.
They will together be telling us how to “Kickstart your Career in the Agricultural Sector.”
Please join us by 8 pm on Thursday to learn from 2 women actually doing good work about how you can start a successful career in agriculture.
