Lightbox Session: How to Build and Foster Meaningful and Valuable Relationships in the Workplace
I remember my first ever job was a referral from a friend I had worked freelance with over the years.
Two things were at play.
1. I had a good relationship with this person.
2. They knew I could do my job.
No matter how villainous Nepotism is, the reality remains that opportunities will only come to those who are in Top of Mind Awareness for those in hiring positions, or those around them.
How many opportunities have you missed out on because you didn't have a distinctive relationship with someone who could have spoken for you in a room where you were not?
So, this week, we are bringing in Frances Andah to help us Foster Meaningful and Valuable Relationships in the Workplace
