This Thursday, it's all about our women in the agricultural sector and how they can use the African Continental Free Trade Area policies. Victoria Madedor will be our guest on the Lightbox Session and will be talking to us on how female farmers and agricultural procurement organizations can maximize access to the African Continental Free Trade Area.
Victoria Madedor is an Agribusiness Expert with an MBA and a B.Agric in Agricultural Economics.
An experienced Business Development Consultant with a focus on the Agricultural Sector and current Group Head, Business Development at BOI Investment and Trust Company, Victoria was a volunteer mentor for Google Accelerator LaunchPad (2017), Lagos State Government Ready Set Work Program (2017), International Business Accelerator (2018), Lagos State Ministry of Health- Customer Service (2019), Lagos State Government Yes-Agric (2020).
She was also a resource person for organizations like LBS, Lagos & Edo State Govts., Invest Africa Magazine, JMSF Agribusiness on World Bank Project, Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition, and Tekedia Institute; amongst others.
Her successes include the turnaround of moribund poultry business Umuebe Farms, from a zero revenue farm to a billion naira revenue-generating poultry farm as of 2020.
