Will we see you tonight as we discuss Female Leadership & Achieving Career Success
Female leadership is still such a rare thing that it's widely celebrated when it happens, like the recently appointed MD of GTB.
Unfortunately, there are also too many negative tropes associated with female leadership, even from women.
What can we do to have much more successful female leaders?
What are the secrets for those women who flourish as leaders, in their careers and also open doors for women coming after them?
This week, we are bringing in a woman who has walked the talk and excelled both as a health specialist and an administrator and built successful organisations.
Dr. Olayemi Dawodu is the Managing Director/CEO of Clina-Lancet Laboratories. She is a Clinical Pathologist with over 15 years recognised experience in the healthcare sector spanning clinical, research, senior management and administrative roles.
She is a stickler for consistency whose management skills ensure positive and progressive change management, team building, growth as well as profitability of the organisation.
Who could be better equipped to educate us on female leadership and career success?
This session is going to be so powerful, especially for women aspiring to have successful careers.
If you know anyone who can benefit from this session, please share with them and they can subscribe to our 5,000 Naira Monthly plan or our 50,000 Naira Annual plan.
