LightBox Session: Dealing with Impostor Syndrome & Being Your Authentic Self
A majority of women suffer from terrible Impostor syndrome with every step they take in their journey towards personal or professional fulfillment.
For many, success seems undeserved and they feel the need to overcompensate, even for basic love and respect.
But how do we live our best life with this hanging over us? Kemi Ogunleye is here to help us free ourselves from the shadow of Impostor syndrome.
Kemi Ogunleye began her career at a Boston ad agency.
She later moved to Lagos and has worked with various print media, rising from Editorial Assistant to Managing Editor before becoming Head of Strategic Communications at one of Nigeria's Leading Financial Institutions.
Since 2016, Kemi has been on a God-given mission to create a platform to educate people on 'The Power of Becoming'.
Via her talk series, Chrystallis Conversations, she educates people on 'the power of becoming', by having "the conversations that matter."
She will be using these same tools to help us overcome Impostor syndrome.
Kemi will talk to us on how to fully come into our own successes and achievements and get rid of the fear and cowardice brought by Impostor Syndrome.
